Important Notice to All Members
In accordance with Florida HB 59, effective July 1, 2024, the Palma Sola Trace Villas HOA is required to provide all members with access to our association’s covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCRs), along with any amendments.

For members who do not have access to a computer or the internet, please contact Julie at C&S, and we will ensure that you receive a printed copy of these documents.
Gov. Ron DeSantis signed HB 1203, which limits HOA fines and requires more transparency from the organizations.
The measure, effective July 1, 2024 mandates an HOA with more than 100 parcels must post all of its rules, covenants, budgets and other pertinent documents on its website by Jan. 1.
But the most eye-catching aspects of the legislation are what HOAs will no longer be able to do.

The following is BrightView’s schedule.
Villas Landscape Zone Map is located in the news-events area.
During the month BrightView and the Landscape Committee will continue to identify areas with special needs, such as hand mowing, trimming, and other unique requirements. This extended time on the property will help both BrightView and the Landscape Committee better understand the specific needs of the Villas for ongoing maintenance.
In addition, BrightView will cnotinue to inspect all irrigation controllers and systems and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper functionality.
