Larry Howell
Palma Sola Trace Villas HOA Director
The Palma Sola Trace Villas HOA, in their infinite wisdom, have bestowed upon us the one and only Larry Howell for the esteemed position of open director. Larry, whose dedication to the community is truly out of this world, has generously served as the landscaping chairman for several years (and we mean, he really knows how to make those plants look fa-ha-bulous!). And let’s not forget his remarkable past as a US Navy Aviator and former HOA board prez in California (we’re forever grateful, Larry!). We just can’t thank you enough for your unwavering commitment and support to the Palma Sola Trace Villas Community. Seriously, Larry, you’ve changed our lives forever! Just when we thought we couldn’t get any luckier, here you are! You rock, Larry! 😉

Villas 2023 Power Washing Schedule
Superior Power Washing, LLC will be Power Washing ALL villa sidewalks and driveways. This power washing does not include pavers from front door to lanai.
2023 Power Washing is scheduled to start on 11 September.
