Villas HOA — Annual & Special Board Meetings
Date: Thursday, November 20, 2025
Location: Palma Sola Trace Clubhouse

3:00 PM — Board of Directors Meeting
Purpose: Review and approve the 2026 Villas HOA Budget.
Approve Board Resolution No. 2025-002 (Artificial Turf Standards) -
3:30 PM — Annual Membership Meeting
Purpose: Annual reports and member business. -
Immediately following Annual Meeting — Special Board Meeting
Purpose: Appointment of Director officer positions (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer).

To subscribe to the PST monthly community electronic newsletter send an email with your full name and address to pstnewsletter@hotmail.com. The newsletter contains a wealth of information on Palma Sola Trace activities, updates on the Board meetings, important information for residents, a community calendar, etc.
Villas 2025 Power Washing was completed in September.
Superior Power Washing, LLC provides Power Washing for villa sidewalks and driveways. The Villas HOA provides one power washing per year.
2026 Power Washing will be scheduled next September.

Villas HOA BOD- Normally held third Thursday of the month at 3:30 pm in the clubhouse
ACC – Normally held First Monday of the month at 11:30 pm in the clubhouse.
Landscape Committee – held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 9:00 am in the clubhouse.
