News and Events Summary:
→ Villa HOA board of director meetings are normally held monthly, 3:30 pm in the clubhouse. October meeting is scheduled for 1:30.
→ The next Villas HOA meeting will be April 18, 2024 at 3:30 in the clubhouse.

Landscape Information for 2024
January 1, 2024 was the beginning of our new Palma Sola Trace Villas HOA Landscape Contract. There are several changes to the contract resulting in an upgrade to the service received and enhanced results.
Residents are reminded to Only Put Yard Waste Out For Removal On Monday (city pickup) or Tuesday (Bloomings pickup). Any other days takes away from the neighborhood appearance.
All plant clippings must be bagged before placing at curb.
April 15 was the start of a full landscape crew all day and a full crew 1/2 day every Tuesday for 6 months.

Villas 2023 Power Washing Is now Complete
Superior Power Washing, LLC provided Power Washing for villa sidewalks and driveways. The Villas HOA provides one power washing per year.
2024 Power Washing is scheduled to start in September.

Villas Painting Schedule
Myers Painting LLC has the contract for the repainting of all villas. The 2024 painting schedule is now complete. Villas painted are listed on the villas myHOAst account.
