The Villas HOA Board of Directors would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the volunteers who stepped up this past Saturday morning to assist with stump grinding cleanup efforts.

Thanks to your hard work and dedication, we saved thousands of dollars in what would have otherwise been contracted expenses.

A special thank you goes to Larry Howell and the group leaders who organized and led the effort. The time, energy, and personal sacrifice it takes to coordinate projects like this do not go unnoticed — we are truly grateful.

This is a shining example of what we can accomplish when we come together as neighbors. That said, we need more owners to get involved. Our Villa Committees could really use your help. It’s not fair — or sustainable — for just a few to carry the weight for everyone. If you’ve ever considered getting involved, now is the time!

Let’s keep this momentum going. Your participation — no matter how big or small — truly makes a difference.
